Alexander holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Externado de Colombia and has 28 years of experience in administrative, accounting, and financial areas. He worked at Banco Davivienda de Colombia for more than 5 years in the customer service department, assisting management.

He currently works at Davos Financial Corp and has been part of the company for more than 15 years in the areas of administration, accounting, and taxation. A specialist in the development, implementation, and execution of budgets and financial planning, he coordinates the organization’s accounting and financial department.

With 20 years of experience in the tax field, he is responsible for developing the organization’s tax planning strategies. Alexander also coordinates the preparation and filing of tax returns for both national and international clients.

Graduated in Human Resources from the Andrés Bello Catholic University, with postgraduate studies in Business Organization at the Central University of Venezuela and a certification in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University. With more than 14 years of experience in the financial and insurance sectors, Carmen has held managerial positions in major companies in these industries, such as Banco Consolidado and Seguros Panamerican. Carmen has specialized in the creation of service infrastructures, corporate restructuring processes, brand strategy, and optimizing product value across all customer segments. She is also responsible for the development and implementation of human resources programs and policies for staff, as well as the design of career paths and compensation programs.

Industrial Engineer, graduated from Universidad del Valle, with a specialization in Financial Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia. He has more than 22 years of experience in several multinational companies in the consumer goods and pharmaceutical sectors, working in areas such as Treasury, Financial Planning, Governance, Control, and Credit Portfolio Management.

Throughout his career, Carlos has served as a team leader in the finance and accounting departments of major companies such as Mars, Tecnoquímicas, and Procter & Gamble, among others. He specializes in the design and implementation of risk matrix methodologies, budget optimization, financial and commercial analysis, as well as investment and credit strategies.

Valentina is a business administration professional with experience in client relationship management, sales, and customer service coordination. She currently works at Davos Integrated Business Solutions, supporting commercial operations and client guidance throughout their business and financial advisory process. Her expertise includes CRM management, negotiation, customer relationship development, and leadership in client service, helping strengthen client experience and service efficiency. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and an Associate’s degree in Interior Design from the New York Institute of Art & Design.
